Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms govern the use of the writing tool and related services (the "Service") provided by Frame (the "Company") — including the rights, duties, and responsibilities of both the Company and the user.
Article 2 (Definitions)
- "Service" means the Frame desktop application and the supporting web service.
- "User" means an individual or entity who accepts these Terms and uses the Service.
- "Manuscript" means any text and related data created or stored by the User via Frame.
Article 3 (Effectiveness and Changes)
These Terms take effect upon notice within the Service or to Users. The Company may amend the Terms within the bounds of applicable law, with at least 7 days' notice before any change takes effect.
Article 4 (Rights in Your Manuscript)
All copyright in a Manuscript created in Frame belongs to the User. The Company claims no rights beyond the minimum necessary to provide the Service.
Article 5 (AI Feature Notice)
When AI co-writer, linter, or analysis features are used, the relevant text is transmitted to an external processor for processing. The transmitted data is not used for training and is deleted immediately after processing.
Article 6 (Refunds)
Within 7 days of payment, a full refund is available if usage is minimal. If significant usage has occurred, the refund is reviewed on a case-by-case basis between the User and the Company.
Article 7 (Other)
Matters not specified herein follow applicable laws and commercial practice in the Republic of Korea. Disputes arising from the Service are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Seoul Central District Court.
